Payment Instructions: Normally with-in twenty four hours after the auction close, I will card your credit card on file with PROXIBID for the total of the items won to include the buyer’s premium. I do provide exceptions to this for local buyers who wish to come in to pick-up their items & pay by cash or by check. For local buyers, please bring exact amount is cash or make the check out to: MAR, llc. To local buyers, payment/pick-up (payment) should be completed with-in 7 days of the auction close. I cannot afford to carry a lot of un-paid items as I pay my client within a week of auction close. If I am shipping your items, I will charge your card on file a second time for that. Shipping Instructions: ALL SHIPPING IS DONE IN-HOUSE - NO EXPENSIVE PACKING STORE FEES! I charge a reasonable service fee above the actual cost of shipping. I ship USPS Parcel Post without TRACKING or INSURANCE. USPS does a great job. I do not REFUND for broken items, if insured, the Post Office may refund. IF YOU WANT TO PAY FOR TRACKING OR INSURANCE, SEND AN EMAIL RIGHT AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSE. I will spend your money, but do not want to charge all buyers for these services. Service fee runs between $2.50 & $5.00 on average. It may be more or less depending on the number of items & difficulty of packing. If you're a regular buyer, I'll combine shipping. Send me an email to arrange this, I will create a holding area for you.
Preview Date & Times: I am in the office most everyday, but I do step out on occasion. You are welcomed to come out & inspect the items.
Checkout Date & Times: Payment & pick-up for local buyers is expected with-in 7 days of auction closed unless you have your credit card charged for the items. My clients want & expect payment shortly after the auction closes.
Location: 437 37th. St. NE, Rochester, MN 55906
Driving Directions: I am located just east of Paradise Island Coffee Shop on 37th. St. I am in the same building as the Energy Product Store & State Farm insurance. The office is on the northwest side of the building.
