Payment Instructions: Payment processing is changing soon, PROXIBID has created a better way to process payments. I will process the sale of the purchase shortly after the close of the auction. Shipping charges will be charged after packing has been completed. I do prefer payment by credit card, both for orders being shipped or picked up. Checks or cash will be accepted upon prior approval, for local buyers be sure to discuss payment method with me. I do not charge a service fee to buyers whose credit cards do not process on the first attempt. After 3 or 4 times of trying I will access a $5.00 per attempt from there on. Shipping Instructions: I charge a reasonable service fee above the actual cost of shipping. I ship most items USPS. I am aware & concerned about actual shipping costs, it just continues to rise.*I do package in-house, it is not farmed out.* I work hard when packing your items to control the size & overall weight of the shipment. *I DO NOT PLACE INSURANCE PUT TRACKING ON YOUR PURCHASE. *I DO NOT REFUND for broken items or am able to track your shipment. IF YOU WANT TO PAY FOR INSURANCE or TRACKING, SEND AN EMAIL BEFORE OR RIGHT AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES. I am happy to add the CHARGES to you. Service fees run between $2.50 & $5.00 on average. I will work hard to keep the fee under $7.50. The service fee is based on the number of items & difficulty of packing.
Preview Date & Times: I am in the office most everyday, but I do step out on occasion. You are welcomed to come out & inspect any & all items.
Checkout Date & Times: Payment & pick-up for local buyers is expected with-in a few days of auction closed unless you have your credit card charged for the items. My clients want & expect payment shortly after the auction closes, that means I need payment..

Driving Directions: I am located just east of Paradise Island Coffee Shop on 37th. St. I am in the same building as the Energy Product Store & State Farm insurance. My office is on the northwest side of the building.

I do take a reasonable time to describe the items, but description may or may not describe all aspects of an item. I will ?never intentionally mislead, omit anything? that may affect the value or final price of an item. With this being stated, I cannot be held accountable for disputes over condition or other subjective details. I do not except returns, it is impossible to charge back a seller. With over 35,000 items sold on PROXIBID, there has not been a problem so far.
