Upon determination of the shipping fees, your CREDIT CARD used during registration for this auction will be charged for the full amount of the winning hammer price, shipping, $10 per gun transfer fee, and premiums. Sales tax applies if an Indiana resident (unless a resale certificate has been received by the auction company). A buyer’s premium of 15% will be charged on all purchases made online. A final invoice showing totals will be emailed at that time. WE CANNOT SHIP YOUR FIREARMS UNTIL WE HAVE A COPY OF THE RECEIVING DEALER'S FFL LICENSE (if applicable). By registering and participating in this auction, buyer agrees to cooperate with the auction company in the event any item (or items) is damaged in shipping. The auction company should be notified immediately upon receiving any damaged merchandise, and the auction company will make a claim with the shipper. Buyer MUST keep boxes and packing materials for shipper's inspection. It is advisable to take pictures of the damaged item. If the buyer does not cooperate in this regard, a refund may not be possible.
