If your bid is the winning bid on any item, your credit card will be charged for your purchase PLUS a 18% Buyer’s Premium for all Internet bids. You must contact us at the conclusion of the auction about your arrangements for LARGE Items. They will be held for a maximum of 15 days. If we have not heard from you within this period, your items are subject to being re-sold in the next available auction. A local shipper is available to make your shipping arrangements. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Munda Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Munda Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Munda Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
