RETURN POLICY: Rowlands Relics, Ltd., in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the A.A.C.A., Incorporated, will provide a full refund for any lot involved in a dispute over authenticity, providing said items are returned within twenty-two days of the date of sale. Immediately upon the conclusion of the twenty-two day grace period, all funds shall be distributed to the former owners of auction property and the sale shall be considered final. Please do not bid on lots with a COA from any Authenticator if you do not trust the opinion of that specific Authenticator. Abuse of return privileges may result in the termination of bidding rights. A small number of items in any given sale may carry an owner reserve. All owners of property who consign to Rowlands Relics, Ltd. have attested, through signed contract (on file), to legal title to sell items and that all items were collected in accordance with local, state and federal law and statute. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Rowland’s Relics Limited may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Rowland’s Relics Limited be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Rowland’s Relics Limited shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Rowland’s Relics Limited will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Rowland’s Relics Limited is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Rowland’s Relics Limited or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Rowland’s Relics Limited will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Rowland’s Relics Limited reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
