This is a Lionel Delaware, Lackawanna & Western 4-8-4 Locomotive and Tender # 6-18003, that appears new in the original box and was factory packed. As described “Magne Traction, Pullmor Motor, Puffing Smoke from Stack, Illuminated Headlight, Steam Emissions from Steam Chest, Six Wheel Die-Cast Metal Trucks on Tender, Electronic Mighty Sound of Steam, and Electronic Whistle”. As you can see from the photos, these units were what appeared to be factory packed, with accessories still sealed in plastic packaging. The box has some shelf wear and fading, but is in overall good condition. These trains both come with their paper work and individual inserts for the box. Vintage Military WWII Tank Telescope And Periscope

Lot # 2 (Sale Order: 2 of 328)      

This lot includes a Vintage Military World War II Tank Telescope and a Periscope. 1) The Tank Telescope is marked Serial “95024, C80903, B177652”, with no other indicative marks. This piece measures approximately 25”L, including the goggle, marked “C800999” and “D25840”. Most of the military green paint is remaining, and the rubber goggle is in very good condition. The Optics are clear and un-broken, however some dust appears in the sight. This is a vintage telescope, with average wear, as shown in the photos. 2) The M28 Sight Periscope, is marked Serial “3946”. The optics on this scope are clear, and the elevating knob works smoothly. The Rubber eye guard is in great condition, and includes the original adjustment key and chain. This is a pressurized, sealed unit, w/ a schrader valve type fitting for pressurization. There is a wealth of information online about this model M-28, including different tanks and types of vehicles that this was used on in the WWII era....more

This collection consists of 7 original boxes, with a total of 32 original soldiers as described and shown in photos. 1) “The Life Guards” boxed and containing 7 British Soldiers on horseback; 2)”Soldiers of the British Empire” 18/49 boxed with 18 soldiers; 3) “The Life Guards” boxed with 4 soldiers on horseback; 4) “Officers of the General Staff” boxed with 3 soldiers on horseback ; 5) Empty box for “Armies of the World”; 6) Empty box for “Famous Regiments of the British Army”; 7) Empty box for “Soldiers of the British Empire”. This is a fine collection of five vintage Wallace Nutting (1861-1941) original signed and colored prints: 1) “A Barnet Curve” “Wallace Nutting”, Pen signed and colored, measuring approx 15” x 12” with frame; 2) “Morning among the Birches” “Wallace Nutting”, Pen signed and colored, measuring approx 14” x 18” with frame; 3) “Silver birches” “Wallace Nutting”, Pen signed and colored, measuring approx 15.75” x 10.5” with frame ; 4)“Birch Hilltop” “Wallace Nutting” Pen signed and colored, measuring approx 19.5” x 16.5” with frame; 5) “A Rangeley Shore” “Wallace Nutting” Pen signed and colored, measuring approx 14.25” x 17.25” with frame. All 5 prints are in vintage frames as shown in photos.

With a career of producing hand-tinted photographs of New England scenes distributed as prints, Wallace Nutting was widely known in the early 20th century, when millions of copies of his work were sold. "Of the hundreds of professional photographers who were active in the pictoralist genre and competing for the tourist trade, Nutting developed what was by far the largest, and most prominent operation, employing nearly 200 colorists, framers, and salesmen."

Presentation Sword United States Marine Corp

This U.S. Marine Presentation Sword is 38 inches overall in length. Engraved with “Gary R Baker” on the blade, in addition to “United States Marines”. The Sword is in good condition, with minor wear on the blade. The hilt is in still in nice condition, with a small piece of leather missing on the hand grip, and the twisted wire wrap is still intact. Pair of Vintage 14K Gold Pieces of Jewelry - Pearl Heart Pendant w/Necklace & Turquoise & Pearl Pin

This 2 Piece Vintage Jewelry Lot includes a lovely Antique 14K Gold Heart Shaped Pendant, with chain, and a 14K Gold Brooch, both adorned with pearls. The pearl heart pendant, with chain, tests 14K yellow gold, and is faced with 19 cultured pearls that measure approximately 2.2 mm each. The pearls are slightly worn, common for pearls of this age. The heart measures .5” by .5”, and the necklace measures 15”L. Together the pieces have an approximate mounted weight of 3.0 grams.

The Antique Bow Brooch contains 16 graduated cultured pearls, with one of the pearls missing, as shown in the photo, but does not affect the delicate look of the brooch. The bow also contains 16 graduated ball shaped turquoise stones. Both the pearls, and turquoise, have nice luster with minimal wear due to age. The lovely brooch measures approximately 1.5”L x .35”T. Rare Antique Nautical Port/Starboard, 180 Degree Lamp

This wonderful rare antique Nautical Port/Starboard, 180 degree lamp, has it’s original rounded split red and green glass lenses. The metal is most likely a bronze alloy, with original green and red paint. The handle and latch are still intact, and the rear door has some Asian characters on the back side. The lamp does not contain its original oil burner, however, we did place a light in the photos to show the condition of the glass, as well as the potential to electrify it. As with any item of this age, there is normal wear, and paint chipping as shown in photos. The measurements are approximately 13”T x 7.5”W x 8”D. Antique "People's Cyclopedia of Universal Knowledge" Dated 1883 - Three Volume Set Antiquarian Books

This beautiful three volume set of “People’s Cyclopedia of Universal Knowledge” is Dated 1883. “The People's Cyclopedia of Universal Knowledge, with Numerous Appendixes, Invaluable for References in all Departments of Industrial Life - The Whole Brought Down to the year 1884, with the pronunciation and Orthography Conformed to Webster's Unabridged Dictionary”. This set is Illustrated and bound in original leather, with Gilded lettering and raised hubs on spine. There is a Gilded title illustration on the cover, and these books have marbled edges, boards, and end-papers, as well as large, near Folio-sized, 11'' inch pages. This Complete three volume set by W.H. Phillips & Hunt, New York, 1883 has hinges fully attached. There is general rubbing, but the interior is clean, bright, with some slight foxing and a small water stain in Volume 1. Volume 2 and 3 have very minimal, if any, foxing. The set contains more than five thousand engravings, and fifty-two handsomely colored double-page maps. These are large and very heavy books, with a total of 2114 numbered pages. This would make an excellent gift and/or addition to any library. Antiquarian books make a great investment and are only going up in value....more

This set of three wonderful pencil signed, and numbered, prints are by Patricia Buckley Moss (1933- ). Moss is a United States listed artist, known for her mixed-media, pen and ink, as well as watercolors. Moss also favors landscapes, and snow or winter scenes. This late 20th century (later than 1950) artist has a very unique style.

There does appear to be a slight crease or scratch in the print in front of the skater, or it may be in the glass; 3) Black framed and matted, a skater with red brick home in the back, oval print, pencil signed “Moss 81@ 586/1000”, measures approx 12.25” x 10.75” with frame.
