If after receiving the coin, a buyer questions the geniuses of the coin, the buyer has 10 days from auction date to return the coin to Halls Auction Company. Coin must be in the original holder and holder must not have been opened. Halls Auction Company will determine if the returned coin is the actual coin sold. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with grading and shipping if the coin is deemed genuine by the professional grading service. If coin is deemed not genuine, Halls Auction Company will refund purchase price of coin and shipping and grading costs. ***Halls Auction Company will not be responsible for genuineness of coins after 10 days from date of auction.**** No exceptions. Hall’s Auction Company is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Hall’s Auction Company or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Hall’s Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Hall’s Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. All purchases will be shipped via USPS and insured.
