Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Cissy's Auction & Special Events, LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Cissy's Auction & Special Events, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Cissy's Auction & Special Events, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his Agent and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself or his Agents and any property damage incurred on premises. Neither the auction firm nor its principal(s) shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of premises on which auction is held. The auction firm is acting as agent only and is not responsible for actions if its principals.
