1975 Husqvarna CR250 Mikkola Replica

Lot # 101 (Sale Order: 1 of 228)      

Restored to as new condition. 1975 was the first year for Husky's GP frame alloy tank and rear sprocket as well as the Gas Girling shocks and new Reed valve intake design. Bike has a Bing 38mm carburetor and new Radial head. This bike has had a near 100 point restoration completed by southern California's Vintage Husky. Correct finishes and colors on all parts. Motor has new rod piston bearings and seals with great attention to the overall finished product. Non-stock items are new PVL electronic ignition, stainless steel spokes, matching set of new Dunlop 756 tires. This bike looks and runs like it did in 1975 - maybe better. This bike features a custom red anodized alloy gas tank with matching red sun rims along with bright lemon yellow UFO fenders and matching tank stripes, this bike will always be a stand out at any show or race track. Frames and swing arm are powder coated gloss black as are the hubs and fork legs. Stainless steal spoke sets with a few polished alloy parts for good measure make this bike a one of a kind. New sprocket and gold chain with a carbon fiber case and a chrome brake pedal. The motor was completely rebuilt with new rods, pistons, primary chain, bearings, and seals. 1967 BSA B25 Sonic Weld Flat Tracker

Lot # 115 (Sale Order: 14 of 228)      

This motorcycle was born into racing and was never on the street. The case was ordered directly from the BSA factory in 1967 and has no title or identification number. The B25 motor is installed into an original 1967 Ray Hensley Sonic Weld nickel plated wet frame. The motor has a dual plug head, Carrillo rod, lightened crankshaft and light alloy barrel with liner installed to include HC 12.1 forged piston and a Kenny Noggle cam. An ARD ignition gives it the fire. Barnette hi-performance clutch, springs, and cable control the reverse pattern transmission (1 up 3 down) and are covered by the custom primary cover. Mikuni 34mm carburetor bored to 35mm with UNI filter supply the fuel from a BSA Victor aluminum fuel tank. The reversed cone exhaust system is custom tuned. Borrani shouldered WM3 rims are laced to Barnes quick change rear and spooled front hubs. New Maxxix 27.0x7.0 tires front and rear. Redwing front fork with extended Jerry Cheney axles plates on the rear. First Klass Glass for front fork protectors. It runs a safe 8,400 rpm (rev limiter). This bike won the season 2011 Eddie Mulder West Coast Dirt Track Series with 1st place wins at Willow Springs and 3rd place in the season series for 2010.

1971 Triumph T25T Flat Tracker

Lot # 116 (Sale Order: 15 of 228)      

The famous icon Ron Atherton built the top end to the engine to include porting and polishing. A Black Diamond .040 intake valve was installed to also include R/D titanium VSD 512-T valve springs and retainers. A Triumph T100 500cc connecting rod moves the 12:1 JE piston and ring assembly up and down in the sleeved cylinder. The new Megacycle 541 narrow BSA 441/500cc Billet cam moves the valves. A new A.R.D. ignition provides fire to the engine. Mikuni 32mm carburetor and UNI filter supplies the fuel from the 1968 BSA alloy gas tank to the engine. A reverse cone custom tuned exhaust gets rid of the exhaust gases. The transmission shift pattern has been reversed (1 up 3 down) and transmits the power through a Barnett hi-performance clutch, new clutch hub, springs, and the EK MRDL6 lightened chain turns the rear wheel. The Barnes quick change is laced to a new rear WM3 rim with stainless spokes and nipples. The Honda 35 mm front forks with new fork seals, fork skins and fiberglass fork protectors make up the front suspension along with the Yamaha TT500 triple trees. The track bike rides on 27x7.0 tires front and rear. The rear modified swing arm was installed to accept the Maxxis tire. A new Jake Barnes fiberglass and upholstered seat/finder assembly sits on a modified Triumph wet frame. The motor is fresh and only has break-in time.
