All items are located in Topeka, KS. The winning bidder will be responsible for pick-up or shipping of their items. We can provide information on companies that may be able to assist you in shipping your item(s) to your location.

Buyer's Premium: Cash, Visa/MC, Disc., 10% buyers premium 2% fee will be charge to live bidders using a credit cars (live), 15% buyer premium (online) . A 7.45% sales tax will be charged to alll Kansas residents.
Bid Rejection - Kull Auction & Real Estate Co., Inc., reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason. Withdrawal of Lots - Kull Auction & Real Estate Co., Inc., reserves the right to withdraw any lot for any reason.
Final Authority - The auctioneer reserves the right to be the final authority on all sales. Duplicate High Bids - In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received will be the winner.
Payment must be made immediately upon receipt of invoice. All accounts are payable to Kull Auction & Real Estate Co., Inc., in U.S. funds, via credit card, money order or cashier's check.
The placing of a bid shall constitute acceptance of the preceding terms and conditions of this auction.
Kull Auction & Real Estate Co., Inc., and the seller, shall not be responsible for any property or bodily damages howsoever caused, arising from the pickup or transport of the property and all risks relating thereto are fully assumed by Buyer to the complete exoneration of Kull Auction & Real Estate Co., Inc., and the seller.
This auction will be conducted in accordance with the Laws of the State of Kansas.
