Fine Schuetzen Single Shot Rifle, by Pistor & Kost, #14682, 8.15x46R cal., 32'' blue octagon barrel, with finely engraved Jaeger scenes to both sides of frame, case hardened finish to frame, lever, lower tang, and Swiss style buttplate; double set triggers, with protected pin-tip front sight and adjustable peep sight; high cheekpiece checkered Schuetzen buttstock with plain Schnauble tipped forend. Bottom of barrel with ''BUG'' proofmarks, and marked ''7.5M/M'' underneath forend. Matted top barrel flat marked ''Pistor & Kost, Schmalkalden''; top of frame marked in silver ''DRGM No. 919406''. Mfg'd approx. 1923. Condition is excellent showing light thinning to blue at highpoints of barrel flats, 98% vivid case hues. Stock with minor scuffs and one 2'' gouge near lower tang beneath cheekpiece (detracts little). Eyepiece to rear sight is missing.
