Mahalo Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Invoices will be sent to all winning bidders the morning following each auction. A 15% buyers premium will be added to all purchased lots. Invoices to be paid within 24 hours following the close of the auction per the payment instructions. SC Sales tax will be charged to in-state residents only unless you have registered your tax # with Mahalo Auctions 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the sale. All items to be shipped will be sent to The UPS Store #3018, 2801 Wade Hampton Blvd, Taylors SC. The UPS store will charge for packaging and shipping purchased items.
