FOR INTERNET BIDDING-A 15% Buyers Premium is in effect for this auction for all Proxibid participants. State sales tax must be collected by State Law; where applicable, you will be required to pay such taxes. If exempt valid, current tax exempt form and licensing is required. If the buyer fails to fulfill their obligations herein, all deposits and payments made hereunder by the buyer shall be retained by Rose Auction Group/Beth Rose Auction Co, LLC as liquidated damages. Buyer remains responsible for full purchase price, fees, taxes and any other fees incurred in the process of enforcing this contract. All sales that are subject to 6.0% FL state sales tax where applicable, must be paid at time of transaction closing. The decision of the Auctioneer is final and absolute. The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of a dispute. REMOVAL: All items must be removed from the auction site no later than the date specified in our terms. Removal shall be at the risk, expense and liability of the purchaser. No items can be removed without presenting proper evidence of paid bills of sale. Your credit card on file with Proxibid will be immediately charged for your purchases, plus 15% Buyer's premium, and any applicable taxes. No items shall be removed until payment is received in FULL. All sales are final.
