We have tried in good faith to offer an honest opinion of the condition, age, etc of every item and have included pictures for each item which should be considered a major part of the description for each item. All items are sold 'as-is'. There is a 16% Buyers Premium for all online bidders which will be added to the total purchases upon checkout. No Charges will be made on your card until purchases have been made. 2. Titled vehicles are subject to a 12% Buyers' Premium (2% Discount for Cash/Wire Transfer) and alternate payment arrangements may be made on a case by case basis. A $1,000.00 deposit may be charged to card on file following auction. 3. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Wire Transfer. 5. Lorenz Auction Service is not responsible for missed bids and Auctioneer holds final discretion in determining the winning bidder/purchaser of each item. 5.
