This is an online bidding only auction. Lots have staggered ending times. Proxibid features "dynamic bidding" meaning when a last minute bid is placed the auction will extend a couple of minutes before ending if another bid is not placed. All items in this auction will sell to the highest bidder regardless of price. Winning bidder's credit cards will be charged Monday following the auction, January 12th for invoice totals. Pickups of sold items must occur on Wednesday January 14th at the restaurant location: 313 NW Commons Loop, Lake City FL, 32055 NO EXCEPTIONS Location is in the Publix Lake City Commons shopping center across from Auto Zone. Our onsite representative for pickups will be Jo Priestoff 317-507-8717 Most all equipment in this auction is on casters. Please bring plenty of loading/removal help with you. Shelving and sinks must be disconnected/removed by buyer. Please bring tools on pickup day.
