Our Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Our Company will help with Shipping Insurance Claims, etc., but the Bidder is responsible for recovering Insurance funds through the Shipping Carrier due to damage, loss or theft in shipping. It is Bidder's Complete Responsibility to Understand all Terms and Conditions BEFORE Bidding. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, are acceptable forms of payment for all charges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO Refunds for ANY Reason. All payments are due at the fall of the hammer unless otherwise specified. Please be aware that most likely the card on file at auction registration will be charged for purchases at the end of the auction, including buyer premium and any other applicable fees. If the card you registered does not work, and Auction company representative will contact you. Shipping charges are covered in the shipping section of the terms. Our Company Will Charge a $35 Service Fee to any Winning Bidder whose Credit Card is Declined for Payment and/or Shipping & Handling Costs Due. Any Bidder Whose Payment has Not been Received within 5 days will be Charged a $100 Collection Fee or 25% of their total, whichever is greater. Buyer's Premium of 13% will be charged to online bidders, in addition to any fees the online service charges online bidders(5%). Our Auction Company will charge a 7% Indiana State sales tax to all winning bids. If you are tax exempt, you can email the company a copy of the completed certificate to ethielkeauctions@gmail.com. An additional handling/packing fee will be assessed, as all items are shipped and packed by an independent shipping service. The Auction Company or shipper will contact the winning bidders regarding the options for each item, including payment for shipping fees. The shipper will combine items packed where possible.
