Local Pick Up is available at specified pick up date(s) and time only. If you wish to pick your items up you must notify Bernstein’s Auction as all items are picked up by the shipper within 48 hours of the close of the Auction. 3% Cash discount at local pickup (cash only - not checks). If you have any questions, please call our office at: 612-600-8617. Your invoice will include your purchases, plus buyers premiums, and any taxes. State and local taxes are 7.275% for Minnesota residents. If you have a Tax Exempt ID number, you may fill out a form via email and we will waive the taxes. If you have questions on our payment procedures please call 612-600-8617 or email info@bernsteinsauction.com. Once we have received confirmation of your payment. Your items will be released for shipping or you can arrange for your own shipping or pick up prior to completion of auction. We utilize UPS store. We do not share credit card information! It is something you need to do directly with them for security purposes. Please take care of your shipping within 48 hours. Your invoice will include contact information for the shipper.

Shipping Instructions: Buyers are required to pay for all packing, shipping and insurance charges. Be aware that for larger and/or valuable items, shipping charges can be substantial. Bernstein's Auction does not ship items (unless small items). This is the responsibility and liability solely on the Buyer. If you are bidding on a large item, please contact Bernstein's Auction to discuss shipping arrangements prior to bidding. Shipping is done by our local UPS store. If you do not agree with this shipping arrangement, please do not bid. Shipping information will be included on your invoice. Please ask questions regarding shipping policy before bidding, thank you.
Preview Date & Times: Preview available one day prior to live auction from 3-6pm and day of auction from 12-6pm.
Checkout Date & Times: In store pick up can be done on the Friday following auction between the hours of 10am - 4 pm.
