Wilson Fine Art & Antiques reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction. **Low and High estimates are for the auctioneers use only; customers should not use this figure as a true determination of value, or confuse an estimate with an appraisal. Appraisals are only available on items that are listed as coming with an appraisal. Any questions should be forwarded to the auction house before placing bids. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. THE WINNING BIDDER OF ANY LIVE AUCTION HAS HEREBY ENTERED INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT, AS THE BUYER, TO PURCHASE THE AUCTIONED ITEM. BUYER IS FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE. WINNING BIDDER IS DETERMINED SOLELY THROUGH INVOICING FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE AUCTION. AUCTION HOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND/OR CORRECT RESULTS OF THE AUCTION BEFORE INVOICES ARE SENT, BUT CAN NOT INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF ANY BIDS UNLESS IT IS REQUESTED IN WRITING BY THE BIDDER. IN THE EVENT OF NON PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED ITEM THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL COLLECTION AND LEGAL FEES IN ADDITION TO THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM. ACCEPTANCE OF A RETURN AND THE TERMS OF A RETURN WILL BE DETERMINED SOLELY BY AUCTION HOUSE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, AND AUCTION HOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL RETURN REQUESTS. BUYERS THAT ARE SENT TO COLLECTIONS MUST PAY THE COLLECTION AGENCY DIRECTLY; AUCTION HOUSE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS AFTER INVOICE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO COLLECTIONS. ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND ADDITIONAL TAXES, IF ANY - NO EXCEPTIONS. Under no circumstances shall Wilson Fine Art & Antiques , or its employees, be held responsible or have any claims made against them for failure of anyone’s internet service or technical or software problems during live auction. Auction House will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Wilson Fine Art & Antiques is not responsible for any bids placed 'accidentally' or by 'mistake' from any source.
