PLEASE NOTE, A $25 service fee will be charged to all accounts where the credit card on file is declined and a telephone call or other communication by our department is necessary to collect payment. Our on-line auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email. 6. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to insure good communication between Littlejohn Auctions, Inc. and the bidder throughout any transactions. 7. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 4% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchasers failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Dekalb County, Indiana. 8. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. IF THERE IS AN INTERNETS FAILURE during bidding, the auction will continue as normal and the item will be sold to the bidder (live or online) with the highest bid at the point at which the hammer falls. 9. Terms For Firearms: All local and State Laws apply, In addition all firearms sold by Littlejohn Auctions Inc. will be ran thru a gun dealer in order to record transfers and preform checks. If you buy a firearm you will be required to pay a $20.00 fee to the dealer for the transfer process. If you purchase a firearm that requires it to be mailed the Gun store will ship dealer to dealer for legal transfer and you will pay an additional fee of $25.00 to the gun dealer for packing, shipping, supplies, etc AND the actual cost of shipping the firearm. This is on each firearm. If you are not sure if you can buy a gun DO NOT Bid. If the buyer is unable to complete the transfer you will refund the entire amount of the purchase.
