The following Terms of Sale and Guarantees are the only terms and conditions by which all lots are offered for sale. 1. Junction Companies, Inc. dba AuctionJCT guarantees any catalog description as to age (unless omitted), attribution, or physical condition. Other than the descriptions as to age, attribution, and physical condition, all property is sold “AS IS”; any statement as to quality, rarity, or provenance is a statement of opinion and is not to be taken or relied upon as statement or representation of fact. Comments are only subjective opinion. Although our best judgment is used in these descriptive comments, the guarantee does not extend to any inadvertent errors or omissions therein. 2. If the lot purchased is found to be substantially at odds to the age, size, attribution, and physical condition as described in the catalog, it may be returned for refund or credit, subject to the following conditions. Contact must be made with Auction Company within twenty-four hours of delivery of the item to Buyer or Buyer's shipping address. At the time of contact, Buyer will receive instructions from our office on how to proceed. Only the hammer price and buyers premium will be refunded for any approved returns. Refunds are not given for shipping, handling, insurances, or for any variations in foreign exchange at the time of refund. Contact notice pursuant to this paragraph must be emailed to claims@auctionjct.com 3. Registration is required of all bidders. Exemption from appropriate sales tax is applicable to those buyers who complete and sign required exemption form. Payment may be in cash, credit card (invoices of $2500 or less), approved check, or wire transfer. Full payment is due the day of purchase. 4. Upon completion of the auction and sale of an individual lot, title to the offered lot passes to the successful bidder, subject to the conditions set forth herein. If these conditions are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to the Auctioneer and Consignor by law, including without limitation the right to hold the purchaser liable for the bid price and Buyer's Premium, the Auctioneer at its option, may resell the property on three days notice to the purchaser and on the account and risk of the purchaser, either publicly or privately, and in such event, the purchaser shall be liable for the payment of any deficiency plus all costs, including but not limited to, warehousing, the expenses of both sales. Standard commission on both sales, reasonable legal fees, and other incidental costs or damages incurred apply. 5. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw any lot or property before the actual sale. 6. A 15% Buyer’s Premium applies to all purchases. 1% waived if paid by cash, check, or bank wire.
