Older Dining Room Table
Very old dining room table. Table is made and manufactured by Mount Airy Chair Co. from Mount Airy, NC. The table is on two pedestal legs. Each leg has three feet on it. The feet have metal caps along with some intricate carve work on each of the feet. Table is very solid and in good usable condition. There is some scratches and wear marks on some of the finished surfaces, but overall is nice looking. It has a padded cover that has been on it and is included. The table splits in half to add leaves. At the time of listing, the leaves have not been located, so the table does not include leaves. It measures over 65 in x 43 in. Very nice older wooden table with metal feet.
China Hutch
Very old China hutch in a dark wood finish. It does have some carvings that appear to match lot #100. the bottom piece has two doors that opens up to a two shelf storage area. There is a full width drawer with metal pulls. They are intact. The top piece has two glass doors that opens up to a three shelf storage area. Very intricate carving details on the wood pieces. Both the top and bottom doors lock and the keys are present. Overall, it is 36 in wide, 15 1/2 in deep, stands 76 1/2 in tall. Very solid and nice older piece of furniture with minor wear marks.
Older wooden Rocker
Very nice looking older wooden rocker with a cane backrest. The rocker is in very solid condition with very minor scratches and wear marks on the corners. It does include a blue upholstered pillow. Good solid usable condition.
Hotpoint Washing Machine
Newer Hotpoint washing machine. It is super capacity load size. Small, large, and super settings. Cold , warm, and hot temp settings. Several preprogrammed wash cycles. Model #HTWP1000M0WW. White finish. In very good condition. Does appear to have very little use.
Hotpoint Dryer
Hotpoint electric clothes dryer. Model #NVLR223EG7WW. Automatic cotton setting, timed dry, medium heat. Very clean. Appears to have had very little use.
Maytag Refrigerator Freezer
Maytag brand refrigerator freezer in an off-white color. It is Model # RTD19A. Freezer and refrigerator are both working at the time of listing. It does appear to be in good condition. Not a lot of wear marks or scratches on any of the finished surfaces. Needs a good cleaning, but otherwise a nice usable refrigerator/freezer combination.
Six Dining Room Chairs
Six wooden dining room chairs with very ornate wood detail in the backrest. The seats are blue upholstered, possibly not original. Five of the chairs are in very good condition and very solid with some normal wear and tear on the finished surfaces. The sixth chair is an armed chair. It is currently wrapped up in bungee cords, as if maybe the legs are coming unglued and someone tried to repair it. But, overall a total of six dinging room chairs.
Hall Shelf
Half round hall table. Measures 27 1/2 in wide, 14 1/2 in deep, 28 in tall. Five turned wood legs. Light brown-tan stained finish. The top has a half circle and cane insert. Table is very solid and usable condition with only a few minor wear marks.
Stereo Console
Magnavox stereo console unit with sliding doors on top that open to a control area with a turn table, AM/FM radio. It is an Astrosonic. Unsure of its working condition, but does appear to be in nice usable condition.
Kitchen Island
Newer rolling kitchen island on storage shelves and cabinets on both sides. There is a towel bar on one end. Light wood grain top with an off-white laminate finish on the sides and shelves. Overall dimensions are 36 x 22, and stands approximately 33 in tall.
Sleeper Sofa
Older sleeper sofa by Harliken. Is an off-white with lots of pastel colored stripes, greens, reds blues. It is approximately 80 in width. Very solid. Fabric is fairly well worn, but there are no major tears or rips. You are also getting two lighthouse themed throw pillows.
Cushioned Arm Chair
Blue upholstered arm chair. 30 in wide, 34 in deep. It is well used and could use a good cleaning. There are some tears in one of the arms.
Children's Table and Chairs
Older wooden children's table and two chairs. It has been painted several times. The current color is orange. The table has been taken apart, but all four legs are there. It does appear to be a good solid usable wooden children's table.
Three Drawer Night Stand
Older looking wooden two drawer night stand. Metal drawer pulls, both are intact. In a light wood grain finish. Finish does have several areas where it is worn, but the stand is very solid. It is 24 in tall, 17 in wide, 13 in deep. Lots 115, 116, 117 all match.
Table and Three Chairs
Wood laminate table top on a wood pedestal base. It is square with rounded corners. It measures 42 in square. It is split. Two end table leaves. There are no leaves present. There are two older metal chairs with vinyl covered seats and an older upholstered arm chair.

Older looking wooden two drawer night stand. Metal drawer pulls, both are intact. In a light wood grain finish. Finish does have several areas where it is worn, but the stand is very solid. It is 31 in tall, 13 in wide, 19 in deep. Lots 115, 116, and 117 all match.

Five wooden drawer stand in a very light brown finish. It is 23 1/2 in tall, 15 in wide, 14 in deep. Very solid and in good usable condition. It would make for a very nice craft storage unit.
T.V. Cart and Content
Black rolling T.V. cart with glass doors in front of a three shelf storage area. 24 in wide, 19 in tall, 21 in deep. You are also getting a Quasar 21 in diameter television, a Panasonic four head VCR, and a small grouping of VCR tapes. There are six assorted remote controls.
GE Refrigerator Freezer
Nice looking and clean white GE refrigerator freezer. Model #GTS18GBRERWW. Currently used in the garage, but with a little cleaning, it would make for a very usable kitchen refrigerator as well. Surface shows very few signs of wear. It is 67 in tall, 20 in wide, 30 in deep. Plugged in and running at the time of listing.

Five wooden drawer stand in a very light brown finish. It is 23 1/2 in tall, 15 in wide, 14 in deep. Very solid and in good usable condition. It would make for a very nice craft storage unit.
Very Old Trunk
Very old wood and metal storage trunk in very good condition. It is on rollers. Latches all appear to be present. Multiple divided storage area. All with lids. Trays that lift out. A webbed shelf towards the bottom. Again, trunk in very good condition for its age. It does appear to be complete, however the we don't have a key. It measures 34 in wide, 20 in deep, and stands approximately 31 in tall. Very, very nice older trunk. These items are in the basement of the home and assistance will be needed to remove.
Large Cedar Chest
Very large older cedar chest. It is in a very dark brown, almost walnut shade, color. It is on rollers. One of the drawers is stamped "Berkley Furniture". The two drawers are standard wood and in place. There is a lid on top that opens to a larger area of storage lined with cedar. It has a lock, but no key. It is on rollers. 36 1/2 in wide, 41 in tall, 19 1/2 in deep. Very solid, very usable. There is some minor scratching and wear to some of the finished surfaces, but a very nice and unique cedar chest. These items are in the basement of the home and assistance will be needed to remove.
Older Wooden Dresser
Older three drawer wooden dresser. There is a glass top cut to fit. It is in a dark wood, almost a walnut-type, finish. Curved fronts. All thee drawers have metal pulls. All the pulls are in place. There is some scratching and wear in some of the finished surfaces from normal use, but the dresser is in good usable condition. 30 in tall, 30 in wide, 17 in deep. This item is upstairs and assistance will be needed for removal.
Metal Desk
Large metal desk in an off-white or beige color. Each side of the knee hole has a drawer for pull out for file storage, a smaller drawer for storage, and a pull out work space. It has a wood grain laminate top that is coming loose in a couple of corners. It measures 30 in deep, 29 in tall. Very nice usable wooden desk. This item is upstairs and assistance will be needed for removal.
