The portable KaiVac 1250 is the smallest cleaning system of the No-Touch Cleaning system family, but delivers the same cleaning power as it's larger siblings. The KaiVac 1250 is a compact cleaning machine that's able to be easily transported or stored when space is limited.

Since most of the items on this auction are larger ticket items, we will have buyers pay upon pickup. If you would like your card charged, there will be a 3% admin fee added to your invoice.
1. Timed auctions use a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. If there is a bid in the last minute of a timed auction, the item will remain open for two minutes after the latest bid, this is not the case in a simulcast live auction.
2. Preview at the Auction Mill each Wed and Friday from 1pm to 3pm leading up the the auction.

From 50th and Dodge St, travel North on 50th St approx. 1.2 miles to the "Peanut Round-a-bout", take the first exit on your right, we are located next door to the famous Homy Inn and Saddle Creek Breakfast Club and across the street from Sgt. Peffers Pizza.
We are on the SE edge of the Dundee Neighborhood and the SE edge of the Benson neighborhood.
3. Pickup at the Auction Mill any day Monday Nov 1st to Friday November 5th from 9am to 4:30pm.
