Fees and Premiums: Internet Premium: **16%. Live Buyer’s Premium: **14%.
Capped Buyer’s Premium: **$7,500.00.
Processing Fee: **3.50% for debit/credit card transactions.
Sales Tax : 8.25% applicable to the total invoice, including Internet Premium.
Participation and Payment Requirements: A valid credit card is required for bidding approval. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Wire Transfer, and Cash. Payment Instructions should be obtained by contacting the auction office at 956-283-0422 or 956-450-0742. Payment must be made within 48 hours (Next Business Day) following sales end. Failure to do so may result in the bidder being barred from future auctions, and report filed with Proxibid. For payments over $1,500.00, wire transfer is mandatory; no wire fee will be charged. Cashier's Checks Accepted. Personal or Business checks accepted but only with a Bank Letter of Guarantee. A 3.50% surcharge applies to credit/debit payments. All unpaid invoices must be settled immediately upon notification, with proof of payment required for item retrieval.
Shipping and Pickup: Buyers are responsible for all shipping & transportation arrangements. Shipping assistance is limited to providing item dimensions; weight and shipping logistics are the buyer’s responsibility. Items that may consist of 1 or more pallets, contact Gregorio Garza from Got A Guy Hauling and Junk Services at (956) 223-8318 or GULF TRANSPORT (956) 399-7513. Company truck can transport only in the state Texas and may depend on the availability of service. An additional fee (10% or a $25) may apply for small shipping assistance at your requests, excluding freight cost. Out-of-state buyers have 5 business days; local buyers have 3 business days to pick up items. Storage fees of $25 per day per item will accrue if not collected within the designated time frame. No Exceptions!

Safety vest and proper footwear must be worn at all times.
Know how to operate the equipment you are loading or unloading.
Be aware of your surroundings. Apply brakes and use a spotter.
Wheel chokes are mandatory while using the loading dock if any.
Safety harness is mandatory for loading or unloading lift equipment.
Bond & Bond is not responsible for loading or unloading equipment or the securing of any loads. Bond & Bond is not responsible for verifying that equipment being transported to or from the auction yard is properly secured or being carried in compliance with applicable transportation laws and regulations. Under no circumstances will Bond & Bond load and or unload self-propelled (mobile) equipment that Bond & Bond determines can be reasonably driven across the yard. Loading and unloading of equipment is only permitted during daylight hours.
Access to and from the auction yard is only permitted through the truck entrance. General Auction Site Policies. Every person enters the auction facility site at their own risk. Bond & Bond is not responsible for any injuries or damage to property that occurs at our auction sites. All transportation companies entering our auction sites are expected to maintain the following insurance coverages: General Liability, Workers’ Compensation and Cargo. Entrance to the auction site, use of the loading dock(s) (if any) and assistance from Bond & Bond personnel will occur on a first come first served basis. If items will be delivered in a shipping container, please call the auction site in advance to make appropriate arrangements. Delivery Procedures.
Before entering the auction yard, every person must stop at the Yard Office and sign the Sign-In and Release Form. Bond & Bond will not provide delivery receipts; however, if confirmation of delivery is required, Bond & Bond can sign a bill of lading to confirm receipt only. The owner’s contact information must be provided with equipment being picked up. Removal Procedures Equipment cannot be removed from the auction site until it is paid for in full. A release ticket will be provided at the office when payment is received.
A release ticket must be presented before loading and or removal of any equipment. A bill of lading must be completed for any equipment being transported to a foreign country. Equipment must be removed from the auction site through the truck gate.
