Moon Shot Energy, LLC -- 97 pallets of Moonshot Premium Energy Drink (various flavors, expired); 109 pallets of Moonshot Premium Energy Drink (Jolly Dog, various flavors, unexpired); eight large refrigerators; and six small refrigerators will be sold to satisfy ATX Fulfillment, LLC’s warehouse lien for rent and other charges, including the costs of sale, in accordance with section 7.210 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code. Property described herein will be sold in a single bulk sale to the highest bidder via a live auction at the address above. The auction will begin at 10:00am CDT on Wednesday, May 6, 2020. ATX Fulfillment, LLC reserves the right to set minimum bids, to credit bid, and to refuse bids. The sale is for cash or cash equivalent in the form of cashier’s check or certified funds transferred to ATX Fulfillment, LLC immediately upon the conclusion of the auction. The sale is considered final. Items must be removed within one day of auction.
