We will accept returns on counterfeit coins (which we NEVER intend to sell) or if we made an error in denomination description. Buyer must contact us within 5 days of receipt of coin to request return as a counterfeit. On receipt of coin we will verify identity & make necessary refund. Any coin removed from the original packaging or holder is considered sold & may not be returned.
Midwest Coin Auction is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Midwest Coin Auction or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. 6) All transactions are between the buyer and the seller. The auctioneer is acting only as the seller’s agent.

8) Bidder agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. Refunds should be authorized exclusively thru our auction house and with our approval and consent.
9) Any bidder whose credit card is declined will be charged a $30 processing fee to run an additional credit card. PLEASE USE AN UPDATED CARD OR CALL TO REGISTER ONE WITH US PRIOR TO THE START OF AN AUCTION.
13) All purchases must be paid for, in full, prior to shipping of any items from the auction site.
14) Purchases will be shipped Monday-Saturday and SHIP WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.
