If you are the high bidder you will receive an invoice. Payment is by cash or cashiers check for vehicles. NO CREDIT CARDS will be accepted on vehicle purchases. We will accept Credit Cards on Bicycles. There is a 13% Buyers Premium on vehicles. There is a 16% Buyers Premium on Bicycles. Everything sells to the Highest Bidder, Regardless of Price! Everything sells on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis. Buyer responsible for arranging and paying for pick up, shipping and handling fees. Shipping and Handling is the responsibility of the buyer. Sales tax is not charged on titled vehicles. All taxes will be handled by buyer when they register the vehicle. Sales Tax will be charged on all bicycles unless a valid sales tax certificate is provided. Payment on all items is due by the Monday following the auction. All vehicles MUST be picked by by the Friday following the auction. Any vehicles not picked up will be subject to a $25/day storage fee.
