1967 FORD MUSTANG "DUKES OF HAZZARD"

This is the actual 1967 Mustang used in the 2005 "Dukes of Hazzard" movie. This black Mustang was converted to recreate a Shelby GT stock car. It has a single bucket seat, side window nets, roll bars and slicks. It's powered by a 302ci V8 engine with mild high-performance parts and a great-sounding exhaust. The lights were all removed and replaced with metal caps for the race-car look; the lights can easily be added back for street use if desired. This Mustang played a major role in the movie as the car of the legendary Billy Prickett, the local ace racer who was in town to compete in the annual Hazzard Road Rally. Prickett was also Boss Hogg's hired help to keep the town's attention away from his scandalous schemes. This Mustang ran neck-and-neck with the one of the most famous TV cars of all time, the General Lee, in the final race scene of the movie.
