This is an absolute auction. All lots will start at $.01 and will sell to the highest bidder regardless of price. This is an online bidding only auction. Lots have staggared ending times. Proxibid features "dynamic bidding" meaning when a last minute bid is placed the auction will extend a couple of minutes before ending if another bid is not placed. Payment of sold items is due within 2 business days of auctions end. Items may be viewed in person by appointment. All items are described to the best of our ability but are sold as is and where is with no warranties or guarantees stated, written, or implied. All vehicles have clear titles. Pickups of vehicles must be during the week, during business hours of 8am to 3pm. Payment of vehicles must be made to the auction company prior to pickup at the county garages. County employees can not and will not accept payments.
