The slip of this session should be retained as it takes up the history of the of each specimen. For recent protected specimens included in the Code of the French Environment, they are all born and raised in captivity and benefit from the derogatory case of the AM of 14/07/2006. They may commercial use in view of the traceability between the specimen and the supporting documents of legitimate origin. Other specimens benefiting from dating to the implementing rules (AM of 21/07/2015) may thus being used commercially. For specimens prior to 1947 present on this benefit from the derogatory case of Rule 338/97 of 9/12/1996 in its article 2 m allowing their commercial use. On the other hand, in order to the EU of these specimens a pre-convention Cites is necessary. For the specimens of huntable species (CH) from the European continent and others, commercial use is permitted under certain conditions. For the so-called domestic species (D) present in this shift, the use is free. For ancient specimens known as pre-convention (before 1975) they respect the conditions of the AM of 23/12/2011 and of this made, can be used commercially. Le bordereau d’adjudication de cette vacation doit être conservé car il reprend l’historique de chaque spécimen. Pour les spécimens récents protégés repris au Code de l’Environnement Français, ils sont tous nés et élevés en captivité et bénéficient du cas dérogatoire de l’AM du 14/07/2006. Ils peuvent de ce fait être utilisés commercialement au vu de la traçabilité entre le spécimen et les documents justificatifs d’origine licite. Les autres spécimens bénéficiant de datation antérieure au régime d’application (AM du 21/07/2015) peuvent de ce fait être utilisés commercialement. Pour les spécimens antérieurs à 1947 présents sur cette vacation, ils bénéficient du cas dérogatoire du Règle 338/97 du 9/12/1996 en son article 2 m permettant leur utilisation commerciale. En revanche, pour la sortir de l’UE de ces spécimens un Cites pré-convention est nécessaire. Pour les spécimens d’espèce chassables (CH) du continent Européen et autres, l’utilisation commerciale est permise sous certaines conditions. Pour les espèces dites domestiques (D) présentes dans cette vacation, l’utilisation commerciale est libre. Pour les spécimens anciens dits pré-convention (avant 1975) ils respectent les conditions de l’AM du 23/12/2011 et de ce fait, peuvent être utilisés commercialement. Les autres spécimens de cette vacation ne sont pas soumis à la réglementation (NR) et sont libres de toutes CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTES utilisations commerciales. Le bordereau d’adjudication servira de document justificatif d’origine licite. Pour une sortie de l’UE, concernant les Annexes I/A, II/B et III/C un CITES de réexport sera nécessaire, celui-ci étant à la charge du futur acquéreur. Les attributions ont été établies compte tenu des connaissances scientifiques et artistiques à la date de la vente. L’ordre du catalogue sera suivi. Une exposition préalable permettant aux acquéreurs de se rendre compte de l’état des biens mis en vente, il ne sera admis aucune réclamation une fois l’adjudication prononcée. Les reproductions au catalogue des oeuvres sont aussi fidèles que possible, une différence de coloris ou de tons est néanmoins possible. Les dimensions ne sont données qu’à titre indicatif.
