First and foremost bidders must understand that as consignment sellers we cannot and will not accept returns for any item other than SIGNIFICANTLY not as described. No " buyers remorse" or I changed my mind returns. Your bids are a contract and we ask with all sincerity that you live up to your obligation. We understand that most auctioneers accept c/c for purchases online, but as we are not set up to do so, except for in person actually swiped cards, we expect you to understand this and to pay your invoices as we ask. If you cannot, Please do not bid. All unpaid invoices will be turned over to Collection Agencies for payment. All items are sold as is, where is with all faults. While we strive to describe the item as best we can, we may have different standards than you. We offer our descriptions and provenance as a courtesy to the online bidder. It should be noted that we will be resposible for any claims as to age, origin, medium or condition. We will attempt to photograph the item as best we can to provide a measure by which the online bidder can make an educated evaluation.
