Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. No property is to be removed from premises until paid for. All guarantees are between buyer and seller. All statements made by the auctioneer the day of sale shall take precedence over any printed or oral statements. Online only auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at a specified time. There also can be auto extend features meaning any bids placed in the final minutes of an auction can cause the auction ending to be automatically extended from the time the bid was placed. It is always best to place your max bids prior to the day of closing to avoid technical issues. Auction Company and Real Estate Company are not responsible for any technical issues. Sales tax will be charged on some items. If you have a question about sales tax contact the auction company prior to the day of the auction. A $35 document fee on all titled items will apply and a $15 document fee for any items with registration or lifetime license. SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS: Buyers with a VALID exemption certificate are not required to pay sales tax for equipment and miscellaneous but MUST present a copy of their certificate at time of registration at EACH AUCTION and must sign off on the Minnesota sales tax exemption form. By signing up and bidding at our auctions, you may be placed on to our email list and receive emails of upcoming auctions. All items must be removed by Wed. October 13th and any items not removed by that time will be charged a storage and moving fee. There will be complimentary loading available Friday October 1st from 11am-2PM, and Saturday October 2nd from 11AM-2PM, and Monday October 4th from 11am-2PM. After October 4th the buyer is responsible for all loading and moving costs. Any pickup must be scheduled with the auction company in advance. Once the auction is over the auction company will add any appropriate fees to buyer's invoices and send a new invoice with actual totals. Titled items: All items with titles will be charged a $35 document fee and all items with lifetime license or registration will be charged $15. This is per item and no exceptions. If you purchase an item with a title and pay with check, the title will be transferred 10 days after the auction or placed in the mail on the 10th business day after the auction to out of state buyers. Transfers can take place quicker if buyer pays with cash or credit card. If you purchase an item with a title delay make sure to check on the delay time prior to bidding.
