The Buyer, if asking the Auctioneers to assist in the removal of any item(s) will indemnify and hold the Auctioneers and/or their staff, harmless from any resulting loss or damage to the item(s) being removed. The Buyer will supply the auctioneer proof of adequate insurance coverage for Purchases requiring dismantling, rigging or hot cutting. If for any reason Buyer fails to remove any Purchase with the time specified by the Auctioneer, the Purchase shall be subject to storage charges at $40/day or as reasonably determined by the Auctioneers, and may be deemed abandoned by the Buyer. In such an event, Auctioneers, at their sole discretion, may resell per above, or remove and store the said Purchase at Buyers sole risk and expense. Buyer shall be liable for any rent incurred or damages suffered by Auctioneers because Buyer’s failure to remove any Purchase. The Listing catalogue has been prepared as a guide only, based on information from sources believed to be reliable and from the consignor: however its accuracy cannot be guaranteed or warranted. No sale shall be invalidated; nor shall Auctioneers be liable as a result of defects or inaccuracies in the listing catalogue. Bidder acknowledges that all Lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and that it is his responsibility to inspect all equipment and to make his own inquiries prior to bidding. If, for any reason, Auctioneers are unable to make available or deliver any Purchase or clear title to the same, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, whether before or after delivery, Auctioneers’ sole liability, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Buyer. Any such Purchase, for which clear title cannot be provided, shall be returned and surrendered to the Auctioneers upon demand. Title and vehicle registrations will be delivered to the Buyer within (14) banking days of the termination of the sale upon payment of the full purchase price, or so soon thereafter as may be reasonably possible, it being a condition hereof that the provision of such documentation depends on their availability from the former owner Buyer agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Auctioneer from any claim demand, action or suit for loss, damage or injury to a third party after the time of Purchase and before title documents have been delivered to the Buyer. You may not record, store, duplicate, reproduce, re-broadcast or otherwise exploit any data or audio/video content transmitted to you as part of Online Bidding Services during a live auction (collectively “Auction Data”).
