Vehicles that are 10 years old or older are mileage exempted. Once time has expired and items have been awarded and sold they become the Buyer’s responsibility to pay for and remove auction items. Affiliated Auctioneers is not responsible for theft or damage to these sold items. There is a 13% Buyer's Premium and a $50.00 Processing Fee on all titled items. There is a 13% Buyer's Premium and a $10.00 Processing Fee on all non titled items plus sales tax of 8.350%. After 5 business days a storage fee of $20.00 per day per lot will be accessed to all items that have not been removed. Items being removed will need to be scheduled within a 2 hour window for pick up.
