Lubic Sales and Marketing, LLC will try to provide you with a detailed description of the items as well as several pictures so please examine the photos carefully and be fully satisfied before bidding.
Property is open to public inspection. We strongly suggest you come and check out the merchandise yourself 9am to 6pm before the auction to personally inspect the items you are interested in. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition of the item before buying it. Bidders who bid offsite and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledges that they are not able to inspect item as well as they would in person. By making a bid the bidder accepts the terms and conditions, payment and removal terms and is bound by them.
