Payment Due: All payments must be submitted to Blackmon Auctions by one of the approved methods within 24 hours of the closing of the auction. All open accounts after the due period will be sent to collections and all online accounts flagged from bidding.

Removal/Pickup of ITems
Start here… BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF ALL PURCHASES WITHOUT ASSISTANCE within ONE WEEK OF THE AUCTION. This is a bank ordered auction of assets from a company that is closed and these items are located on property that is not owned by the auction company etc. At the Pampa location where there are some miscellaneous items that can be loaded with a forklift, there will likely be a forklift there for about three days after the auction. ALL OTHER LOCATIONS are leased or belong to a quite separate entity and there will be no assistance. No loading docks on any site. BRING/SEND AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases. Any items left on the yard after a week or so may be subject to storage fees. Preview Date & Times: Inspection is the day before the auction from 8AM-4:30PM. To inspect items at other locations that will be by appointment only if the owner’s of the property are available. HOW YOU REGISTER IS EXACTLY HOW ALL INVOICES, TITLES, AND RELATED PAPERWORK WILL READ. WE DO NOT CHANGE NAMES, ADDRESSES, OR TAX STATUS ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
To be approved to bid: To all Bidders - We do not consider the time or amount of items bought though Proxibid for approval. We have our own rules and terms for approval. If you are a current and established customer with Blackmon Auctions, register and send a quick email to doug@blackmonauctions.com and billy@blackmonauctions.com. Include your Blackmon Buyer Number and/or the name you buy under. If not an established Blackmon buyer we will need much of the following:
- A letter from your bank and banking & banker contact information
- Your Business Address
- Your Web Site
- Business Reference
- An indication of (Item(s)/Dollar Amount) what you plan on bidding on in this auction
- Acknowledgment from you that you understand the terms and you will pay for those purchases the day of or the day after the auction via wire transfer and remove those purchases within one week of the auction.
Special Approvals may require a 10% deposit 48 hours before auction day.
If you plan to use a lender to make payment, you must contact Blackmon Auctions 72 hours before auction day for approval to bid.
Storage Fees / Liability –
If you leave your item on this site after the assigned removal date above you may be subject to storage fees. Buyers: Upon the fall of the gavel (SOLD) the item becomes your responsibility so please make sure you notify your insurance company etc.
Condition of Equipment –
Blackmon nor the seller offer or imply any guarantees or warranties of condition or functionality. Any guess/estimation of condition printed is based of information gathered from past history but hasn’t been confirmed. Blackmon Auctions sells all items in the traditional auction form, AS IS Where Is/No Warranties or Guarantees regarding condition. A complete mechanical inspection by a qualified professional has not been conducted so there may be issues/imperfections that are not known to us. Our estimations of condition are not to be considered a guarantee of functionality now or into the future. Presumption of functionality beyond the information we are able to provide/determine is the responsibility/liability of the bidder. As Is. We hope your auction experience is a successful one!
