Auctioneer/Auction Company is in no way liable to any storage, removal and loading agreements made between this Buyer and Seller regarding purchases made at this Auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Nichols Equipment Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
