There will be a 16% Buyers Premium on the tools and equipment. Everything sells to the Highest Bidder, Regardless of Price! Everything sells on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis. Buyer responsible for arranging and paying for pick up, shipping and handling fees. Shipping and Handling is the responsibility of the buyer. Sales tax is not charged on titled vehicles. All taxes will be handled by buyer when they register the vehicle. Sales Tax will be charged on tools and equipment unless a Sales Tax Certificate is provided. Payment on all items is due by the Monday following the auction. All purchases MUST be picked by by the Friday following the auction. Any vehicles not picked up will be subject to a $25/day storage fee.
