Any guarantees written or implied as to the authenticity, originality, or condition of any lot are not the guarantee of the Auction Company and should be determined by the purchaser?s own inspection and discretion. The purchaser hereby waives and releases the Auction Company from and against any claim, demand, liability or expense of any kind arising out of or related to the vehicle / item or the auction, including without limitation any assertations of negligence (including negligent misrepresentation) or breach of warranty. The purchaser agrees not to join the Auction Company as a defendant in any action or proceeding arising directly or indirectly out of the condition or history of the vehicle / item or alleged representations concerning the vehicle / item and further agrees to look solely to the Seller / Consignor with respect to such matters. The vehicle / item and information presented at the time of auction is final and supersedes any previous representations. The information provided by the Seller / Consignor is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. 9. SHOULD any dispute arise after the sale, the Auction Company?s records shall be conclusive in all respects. 10. Auction Company is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged properties. Lots must be removed from the auction site within 48 hours of the auction end. If not claimed, the Auction Company has the right to remedy, move and store at purchaser?s expense. 11. Auction Company is not responsible for any and all liabilities, and/or any third party liabilities. 12. Auction Company will provide a service for lots that do not reach agreeable sale price, so as to endeavor to secure a proper buyer for the Seller / Consignor. This service is conducted by Auction Company to accept offers on such lots. 13. Any and all lots sold in this manner will be sold by the same terms as lots sold on the auction block. 14.
