2018 CH14NB036-B Air Conditioning Unit. S/N 0518X33425. An employee was doing lawn work at a newly constructed home and accidentally hit the unit with an edger, which damaged the coils. The unit is operable. The new homeowners hadn't yet moved in to the house, so the hours of use on the unit is minimal. The unit has been removed from the home and is being stored somewhere else. Date of Loss: 9/18/18. Pick up/Removal Details: M-F between 8-11 AM with a 24 Hr notice to remove on the agreed upon day. Removal assistance available at no charge. Location has a forklift and will put it on a palette. Being sold ‘As is, Where is’ with no guarantees or warranties implied.
  • ALL Items are sold pending seller confirmation. At the close of the sale, the highest bidder’s offer will be sent to the insurance company for their review. IF your bid is accepted, you will be sent an Invoice, and SITE Auction Services will reach out to you to set up payment. Payment

Buyer's Premium: 10% Payment in full is required within 3 days of the invoice date. Local sales tax applies and will be calculated by the auctioneer after the sale when applicable. We accept all major credit cards, cash, wire transfer or certified check. On credit card purchases, we will charge a 2.5% convenience fee.
