All transactions will be charged immediately following the auction using the credit card used to register to bid, unless the invoice is over $2,000.00. Payments are made by Visa, Mastercard, and Discover only, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Auctioneer. Bidders with invoices over $2,000.00 will be e-mailed wiring instructions. Wires need to be sent within 24 hours after the end of the Auction. No item will be released, until satisfactory U.S. funds have been received in the Auctioneer's escrow account. PERSONAL PROPERTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Terms - Personal Property - Selling "AS IS" / "WHERE IS". Balance due in full at the end of the auction by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Credit Cards, unless the invoice is over $2,000.00. A 15% Buyer's Premium will apply to all purchases. NC Sales Tax may apply to new racing memorabilia.
Sales Tax will be charged to all buyers of BRAND NEW MERCHANDISE. If you have a Federal Tax ID # you are exempt from sales tax. If you are an out of state bidder and have your items shipped, you are exempt from sales tax.
Bidders with invoices over $2,000.00 will be e-mailed wiring instructions following the auction. Wires need to be sent within 24 hours after the end of the Auction. No item will be released, until satisfactory U.S. funds have been received in the Auctioneer's escrow account.
Titles will be Mailed within 10 to 14 Business Days after the Auction.
Any items left after the last day of checkout will be considered abandoned and all rights will be forfeited. Please be aware of the scheduled check out dates and times.

Bidder acknowledges that it is their responsibility to inspect all items and to make his/her own inquiries.

The property being sold may be either New or Used. The Auctioneers make no representation or warranty on any of the lots which are the subject of the auction.
