Payment
There is a 18% buyers premium on all items with a 3% cash or check discount on items picked up. Payment must be completed either Monday August 26th or Tuesday August 27th regardless of items. Accepted methods of payment are Cash, Check, All Major Credit Cards and Wire Transfer.

MN Sales Tax applies to all items being sold, if you are exempt from sales tax, we will have ST3 forms for you to fill out.
Shipping: We will offer shipping on smaller items, we do however suggest you do not ship any planters or pots as they will more then likely break from shipping. If you need shipping please contact the auction company on Monday August 26th to arrange this. There will be a $7.00 per shipping box handling fee, this will be charged above and beyond the shipping cost. Our preferred shipper is FedEx or USPS.
There will be a skid loader available on the two load out days to help assist in loading the larger items.
