For example, if you buy a $100.00 item, your final purchase price will be $108.00 (100.00 + 8.00 = 108.00). When you are the winning bidder on an item, you will be notified by email within 2 days. All bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number & email address at which they can be contacted. The auctioneer has sole discretion to advance the bidding. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in any bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. All sales are final, by bidding on any item the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction. All announcements made the day of auction take precedence over any and all written or verbal statements.
