There is a 15% Buyer's Premium with a 3% discount for Cash or Check which will be applied to each item purchased. There will be local sales tax applied to all non-dealer Georgia residents and non-Georgia resident purchasers who pick up items in person.
There is a TWO DAY scheduled Pickup which is Thursday September 20 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM FOR SMALL ITEMS and Friday, September 21 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM for LARGE ITEMS including furniture, small items can also be picked up this day. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN PACKING MATERIALS & EXTRA LABOR AS WE CANNOT ASSIST WITH LIFTING OF HEAVY ITEMS.
You may pay by check or cash only (no credit cards) at the pickup location at 1206 Lake Drive Valdosta, GA during the checkout. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY AT OUR OFFICE IN VALDOSTA. Your Credit Card will be charged AFTER PICKUP IS COMPLETE IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID BY CASH OR CHECK. If you are an out of town buyer or have specified that you would like your card on file to be charged it will be charged at this time as well.
Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards, cashiers check, good personal or company check, money order and wire transfer. For Wire Transfer instructions please email info@professionalauctioneer.com. All wire transfer fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. All personal or company checks are subject to the approval of Professional Auctioneers, Inc. UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL, THE PURCHASER WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE MARKED PAID WHICH MUST BE PRESENTED TO CHECK-OUT PERSONNEL AT TIME OF PICK UP. Unless you pay for your purchases by cash, certified funds or wire transfer, Professional Auctioneers, Inc. reserves the right to retain possession of any individual item that sold for more than $500.00 until receipt of notice from our bank that the method of payment used has cleared the banking system and the funds have been deposited into our Personal Property Escrow Account.
If items are not picked up and paid for by check or cash at your scheduled pickup appointment time, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for your purchase. Items NOT picked up within the times specified without prior alternate arrangements will be considered forfeited and can be resold.

Staggered Closing: The online only auction has a staggered closing. The staggered closing works as follows: All items will close in increments of 5 items per minute, until all lots are closed.
Extended Bidding: This online only auction has an extended bidding feature. The closing time of a lot is automatically extended 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of the lot's closing time. The bidding for the lot will close when a period of 2 minutes has expired without an additional bid.
