Coin grading was is and always will be a matter of opinion. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, and value of the coin or lot. We grade using ANA guidelines and will always attempt to describe toning, scratches, cleaning or other problems we see. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, value or any other determinative factor. Weaver Coin Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Weaver Coin Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. ABSOLUTELY NO COIN RETURNS ON THE BASIS OF GRADE.
Items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" with no guarantees of any kind except for the authenticity of US coins. We will accept returns on counterfeit coins (which we NEVER intend to sell) or if we made an error in denomination description. Buyer must contact us within 5 days of receipt of coin to request return as a counterfeit. On receipt of coin we will verify identity & make necessary refund. Any coin removed from the original packaging or holder is considered sold & may not be returned.

Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction.
