In order to participate in the Auction, the buyer must register with a $10,000 cashier’s check payable to THE CLOSING COMPANY TITLE AND ESCROW, present identification and use the provided bid card to bid. The Auctioneer will be using the Florida FAR/BAR Residential Real Estate Contract and addendums, available in our web site for review. If buyer is the highest bidder, he/she must sign the purchase contract before the end of the auction, and if there is a reserve announced, buyer’s bid shall for two business days constitute an irrevocable offer to purchase as per contract.
