Texas buyers who want to claim a Farm Use Exemption on farm equipment must present a valid Texas Agriculture Registration Number, along with a signed Texas Agricultural Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate. A 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on items purchased up to $1000, in addition to the Online Fee of 5%. All vehicles will have a $50 Document Fee.
