PERSONAL PROPERTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Terms - Personal Property - Selling "AS IS" / "WHERE IS". Balance due in full at the end of the auction by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Credit Cards, unless the invoice is over $2,000.00. A 15% Buyer's Premium will apply to all purchases. NC Sales Tax may apply to new racing memorabilia. Sales Tax will be charged to all buyers of BRAND NEW MERCHANDISE. If you have a Federal Tax ID # you are exempt from sales tax. If you are an out of state bidder and have your items shipped, you are exempt from sales tax. Bidders with invoices over $2,000.00 will be e-mailed wiring instructions following the auction. Wires need to be sent within 24 hours after the end of the Auction. No item will be released, until satisfactory U.S. funds have been received in the Auctioneer's escrow account. Titles will be Mailed within 10 to 14 Business Days after the Auction. Any items left after the last day of checkout will be considered abandoned and all rights will be forfeited.
