We ship in-house with FedEx flat rate packaging (starting at $9.50 per shipment plus $8.00 handling, shipping estimate to be included with your invoice) and require that each shipment carry insurance for the amount of the hammer price and buyer's premium.

Terms Of Sale
1. A 23% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the highest bid as part of the purchase price.
2. All winning bids must be paid in full the day of the auction.
3. All lots are sold “As Is, Where Is” with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information.
4. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item is up for bid, if unsure DO NOT BID.
5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person at any time, for any reason.
6. The Auctioneer is not responsible for bidders’ inability to pass mandatory background checks in compliance with statute. Should the buyer be unable to complete the transfer of any firearm(s) in this Auction, the buyer understands that the money paid for any firearm(s) is NOT refundable.
7. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine eligibility and compliance with regulation within your state of residence. There will be no refunds or returns if you are not eligible to receive a firearm(s).
8. The Auctioneer is providing internet bidding as a convenience to the bidder. In the event of technical failure, live bids will take precedence over all others. The Auctioneer is not responsible for any missed bids from any source.

Transfer of Non-regulated firearms to dealer (discount does not apply to CR licensees who are not dealers) $40.00 first firearm, $20.00 each additional
Transfer of Regulated firearms, in person, to MD residents only, with valid ID $55.00 first firearm, $50.00 each additional
Transfer of Regulated firearms to out of state FFL for private party transfer $55.00 per firearm, Plus Shipping & Handling and Local FFL fee

All multiple firearms transfers to a single purchaser must take place as one transaction and cannot be transferred to substitute purchasers. Any purchaser transferring more than one regulated firearm must have Designated Firearms Collector status granted by Maryland State Police. Out of state purchasers must ship regulated firearms to local Federal Firearms Licensees, only out of state FFL’s and Maryland residents may collect regulated firearms in-person, subject to transfer fees.
For in-state purchase of regulated firearms:
• Firearms manufactured after 1985 must be listed on Maryland State Police roster.
• Firearms manufactured through 12/2002 must have a cable lock; if manufactured after 12/2002, must have integrated lock
• Purchasers must have Maryland Handgun Qualification License, unless exempt (permits are not an exemption to any requirement for transfer of regulated firearms)
Maryland law prohibits the sale or transfer of magazines carrying 10 or more rounds. Any such magazines must be shipped to a state where they are lawful. All non-class III firearms must be cleared and picked-up within 30 days of purchase. A storage fee of $40.00 per month will be assessed after 30 days; after 120 days, the firearm will be considered abandoned property and relinquished to dealer without recourse of buyer.
