-There is no charge for Registration, but Nest Egg Auction requires a valid driver's license, and agreement to all Terms & Conditions. On the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer, title to the offered lot or article passes to the highest bidder who assumes full risk and responsibility thereof.
-By registering to bid in our event you are hereby granting permission for us to notify you of future events hosted by Nest Egg Auctions. In the event you do not wish to be on our email or regular mail list, please notify us and we will promptly remove your name. We will not sell your information to anyone.
-Should Nest Egg Auction be prevented by fire, theft or any reason whatsoever from delivery of any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum paid by the purchaser.
-The Lots in this auction can be viewed by appointment only by texting or calling (503)991-0256. Please look at the pictures as this is the actual box lot you will receive. It is the buyer's responsibility to make that determination in regards to condition of the items. We do not guarantee authenticity of any item. That is the buyer's responsibility to schedule an appointment and view the items before bidding. We make no claims to authenticity or the accuracy of an item or description of the item listed for bid.
