Merchandise not removed by the stated date and time will revert to seller’s possession, with all rights and title to the equipment forfeited. The buyer will be responsible for all cost for dispose. It is the buyer’s responsibility to secure all safety equipment to meet applicable government safety standards in using or removing items purchased. Certain pieces of equipment may contain residual chemicals. The liabilities from any injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or during use or operation of the purchased items. All items that need to be disconnected, disassembled, crated and or loaded must be done so by a licensed and insured contractors including moving companies.
